Any teacher or organization registered with Tantra Federation International agrees to comply with our ethical standards of conduct. Under this policy such a teacher or organization is prohibited from engaging in physical sexual misconduct, verbal or emotional sexual misconduct, or committing retaliation.
This policy encompasses interactions between (i) teachers and trainees under the tantra program, (ii) tantra instructors and their students, and (iii) tantra teacher training program owners or managers and their staff members.
Physical Sexual Misconduct means any of the following under this policy:
Egregious Physical Sexual Misconduct:
- Sexual assault,
- Attempted rape,
- Unwanted fondling or unwanted sexual touching,
- Forcing a victim to perform sexual acts, such as oral sex or penetrating the perpetrator’s body, or penetration of the victim’s body, also known as rape.
Physical Sexual Misconduct also includes:
- Inappropriate touch of a sexual nature during class or at any other time.
