Reporting a Grievance

To report a violation of our policy regarding teacher conduct, please submit the following information:

Your full name, your email and phone number, including country code;
Full name of the teacher; a description of the conduct alleged to have violated the Policy;
The date(s) and location(s) of the alleged misconduct; names and contact information of Witnesses.
A copy of any documentary evidence, and if applicable, a description of any tangible evidence available to support the grievance.

Tantra Federation may request additional information from you during the course of review or Investigation of any Grievance.
To ensure a fair process to all those involved, Tantra Federation will not investigate anonymous reports.
