Lona is such a wonderful teacher. I'm so thankful that I have been able to take her Glow class along with several of my friends. We all had a comfortable and energetic class. I left feeling fully recharged. I love following her daily blog on Instagram, she helps motivate me and keep a positive mindset. She truly has a gift. I can't wait to experience many more classes with her☺️.
